John heads up the property purchase team at Property PX Group. John works hard to ensure we deliver on our promise to provide a quick, certain and hassle-free part exchange service.

John and his team aim to ensure all developers - as well as their customers - receive an exceptional level of customer service.

Sayman forms part of Property PX Group's property purchase team and is always on-hand to make your customers’ part exchange experience as smooth, efficient and stress-free as possible

Mike has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the property market. As a senior member of the property management team, Mike uses his experience to ensure the properties that Property PX Group consider buying are assessed accurately and efficiently.

Danny created Property PX Group to offer part exchange to the new homes industry. The experienced team and robust processes he has put in place ensure an efficient service is delivered to both developers and their customers. 

Danny’s vast knowledge of the UK’s residential property market sees him regularly quoted in the national media and called upon by the Bank of England to assist with their national assessment of the health of the property market.

As Property PX Group's Purchasing Director, Rhys offers advice and assistance around your customer's part exchange offer. Rhys will be the main point of contact all the way through the buying process, from acceptance of offer to completion.

He is always on-hand to answer any questions and makes time for every customer of Property PX Group.

Jayne oversees the property management team and is responsible for ensuring all part exchange purchases are within the timescales required by you and your customers. She also manages the subsequent resale process.

Dawn makes up part of the property assessment team and uses her skills, experience, and knowledge to assess properties that Property PX group buys. 

As the Operations Team Administrator, Vicky works with solicitors, surveyors, contractors, sellers, and buyers to ensure a highly efficient transaction for all.

Managing the legal completions on our resale side, Matt ensures all property sales are as efficient and smooth as possible, giving our buyers peace of mind.

Craig forms part of the management team and brings a wealth of data analysis and reporting expertise to Property PX Group, helping to shape the overall business strategy and growth.

Nikki manages the marketing team for Property PX Group. Her role is to ensure that developers who choose to partner with us have all the marketing support they need to start offering part exchange on their sites immediately.

As an integral part of the marketing team, Beth is responsible for creating Property PX Group's external communications and dealing with national and regional press enquiries. Beth also heads up Property PX Group's social media accounts.

With a meticulous eye for detail, Kirsty manages the day-to-day running of our accounts department and makes sure that all finances are in place and correct for homeowners who wish to part exchange their properties fast. 

Hywel has worked in the property sector for over 35 years. In this time, some of his roles have included:

• Managing Director of TSB Mortgages
• Managing Director of Quick Move Now Limited 

Hywel is now the Chairman for both Quick Move Now Limited and Property PX Group. With Hywel's guidance, both companies continue to provide a quicker, more stress-free solution for home movers.
