You refer a suitable customer

We will then acknowledge your application and contact the customer to introduce ourselves and ask for any additional information that may be required.
Valuation and part exchange offer
Local, independent estate agents will be instructed to visit and value your customer’s property on our behalf. Based on that figure, our in-house property experts will then make a formal offer for the property. We will always make the highest offer we can. Because we purchase directly, with our own money, the offer we make is guaranteed. This means there’s no concern about property chains or difficulty selling holding up your sale.
Work to agreed completion date
You let us know when the customer’s new home is ready, and we’ll agree a completion date with you. We can buy your customer’s property in as little as a week, if needed.
