How it works

1) You refer a suitable resident

If you have a suitable resident in mind who would benefit from our direct property purchasing solution, all we ask you to do is complete an application form. We will then acknowledge your application and contact the resident (or their family) to introduce ourselves and ask for any additional information that may be required.

2) Valuation and formal offer

Local, independent estate agents will be instructed to visit and value your resident's property on our behalf. Based on that figure, our in-house property experts will then make a formal offer for the property. We will always make the highest offer we can. Because we purchase directly, with our own money, the offer we make is guaranteed. This means there’s no concern about property chains or difficulty selling holding up your sale.

3) Work to agreed completion date

We’ll agree on a completion date that works for both the resident and the care home. We can buy your customer’s property in as little as a week, if needed, and can align with care home move-in date.
